Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Lunch Break: 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Compensation: $18–$20/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role plays a key part in supporting daily front desk operations while providing administrative and database support to management and other departments. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Support

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and route incoming calls; handle inquiries efficiently

Coordinate meetings and maintain staff schedules

Prepare and manage documents, correspondence, and contracts

Maintain organized project records and databases
-
Perform general office duties: typing, photocopying, filing, etc.

Order office supplies and maintain a tidy lobby and break area
Cross-Departmental Support

Assist with three-way invoice matching and other accounting tasks

Support the payroll department with time record-keeping

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish required)

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

3–5 years of administrative support experience

Construction industry background is a plus, but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and a positive, self-motivated attitude

Experience with social media or marketing is a plus
